1 Week Down

Starting over is so hard.
Well, I am one week back on the journey again and I have done ok so far. Started the week at 111 kg and am down to 99.1 kg this morning.
The Reward/Habit tracker has been useful as I can see where I am doing well and where I am not. The main 2 goals of eating low carb and drinking at least 2 litres of water i have been really good with and stuck to every day.
I need to work on being active and getting 8 hours of sleep every night, but I did ok with these this week.
For lunch this week I made a Keto bacon and cheese loaf and had this with canned chicken. One day I had Mexicali (a salad bowl) which had a lot of food in it, but it was good. Dinners were just what the rest of the family had, just without the carbs. If they had pasta, I had Steam Fresh Veges instead.
I did have a family event this week and thankfully the location had keto options, which made it easier to stick to my keto/low carb decision.
This week I have also been working on an expansion of the business, which I am really excited about, so watch this space.
